At Zoopal Tees, we're as committed to quality as you are to your pets. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right—no hoops, no hassle.

What's Covered

We offer full refunds or replacements for:

  • Wrong items sent - We're human, mistakes happen
  • Damaged products - Arrived with defects, tears, or printing issues
  • Defective items - Quality issues that don't meet our standards

Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. We'll process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@zoopaltees.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photo of the issue (for damaged/defective items)
  3. Brief description of what happened

We'll respond within 24-48 hours and get you sorted.

Important Notes

  • Custom/personalized items: Due to their made-to-order nature, these are final sale unless defective
  • Care matters: Please follow our washing instructions to keep your Zoopal Tees looking fresh. Damage from improper care isn't covered, but we're always here to answer care questions
